JoEllen is responsible for hiring and supervising staff and consultants, developing and monitoring the budget, and overseeing fundraising activities. She directs organizational activities to fulfill the goals and objectives of mission as defined by the board of directors and works with all board committees in the planning and facilitation of strategic plans.
Programming & Artist Relations

Ploi leads the programming team in building relationships with schools and community partners in need of arts in education services. She oversees the design and implementation of all Arts for Learning programs and special projects at preschool centers, elementary and high schools, as well as community centers. She also manages Arts for Learning summer programs. Ploi is responsible for programming in Shelby County, Decatur Township, and Franklin Township.
Calle is responsible for maintaining and improving Arts for Learning’s relationship with its teaching artists. This includes the coordination of ongoing teaching artist agreements, background checks, pricing agreements, policies and procedures, new program development, and professional development opportunities. She also recruits and auditions new potential teaching artists. Additionally, Calle is tasked with producing and publishing the annual program catalog.

Angela Yetter

Angela is responsible for all Arts for Learning scheduling. She works with the other Program Directors to enter their programmatic activities into the database and sees that relevant paperwork is sent to the schools and teaching artists. She oversees programming in Speedway, Pike, Washington and Wayne Townships; Hendricks and Hamilton Counties; as well as all other Indiana counties outside the eight "doughnut" counties that surround Marion County.
Sarah oversees all partnerships with Indianapolis Public Schools; as well as programming in Center, Perry, Warren, and Lawrence Townships; and Boone, Hancock, Johnson, Madison, and Morgan Counties. He is responsible for the coordination and administration of all aspects of new or ongoing programming for his assigned territory. This includes managing multiple budgets, monitoring program effectiveness, and conducting evaluations.

Development
Jenn leads the fundraising activities of the organization, including the annual campaign, corporate sponsorships, as well as special fundraising appeals and events. She is responsible for prospect research and cultivation and formulates an annual development plan in cooperation with the board and Development committee of the board.
Katrina is responsible for all aspects of the grant process, including the development of proposals, timely submission of all applications and reports, and research of new funding opportunities. In addition, she manages the stewardship plan for all levels of giving, including the creation of quarterly donor newsletters and the annual report. She works closely with the Director of Development to assist in the planning and preparation for donor and fundraising events.

Anya manages content for the organization on its website, social media channels, in the media, and in e-newsletters. She leads marketing efforts through community partnerships, targeted promotions, and digital marketing strategies. She also works to co-coordinate special events and serves as the in-house graphic designer.
Accounting

Karla handles all accounting needs for the organization, including entering data, accounts payable and receivable, reports, payroll and check writing, recording deposits and preparing information for the audit. She is also responsible for learning and utilizing MIP accounting software and facilitating the linkage of the accounting system and the invoicing system of scheduled program.
